By using this website and engaging TheRevFox for services, you agree to the terms below.
/ Services
TheRevFox provides revenue engineering services including websites, SEO, paid advertising, AI phone agents, CRM and automation, reputation management, and content. The specific scope of work is defined in your signed engagement.
/ Payment
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out in your engagement. Late payments may pause active campaigns until the balance is settled.
/ Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and only use it to deliver the services you hired us for. We do not sell your data.
/ Data & compliance
We operate on SOC 2 and HIPAA compliant systems. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide us and for complying with any laws that apply to your business.
/ Intellectual property
Deliverables produced under an engagement transfer to you upon full payment. Underlying frameworks, templates, and internal tools remain the property of TheRevFox.
/ Warranties & liability
We deliver services with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee specific revenue or ranking outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
/ Termination
Either party may end an engagement per the notice period in your signed agreement. Outstanding fees for work completed remain due.
/ Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
